N.Y. Local Finance Law § 165.20

§ 165.20 Exchange of certain bonds or notes. Notwithstanding any\nother provisions of this chapter, the city of New York prior to July\nfirst, nineteen hundred eighty-two shall be authorized to exchange bonds\nor notes of such city for any notes of such city held by the municipal\nassistance corporation for the city of New York as provided in sections\nthree thousand thirty-five and three thousand thirty-seven of the public\nauthorities law.\n
