§ 25.09 Administrative costs.\n Subject to the approval of the director of the budget, the office\nshall establish a limit on the amount of financial support which may be\nadvanced or reimbursed to a voluntary agency or a program operated by a\nlocal governmental unit for the administration of a program.\n
