§ 130.102. False official statements. Any person subject to this code\nwho, with intent to deceive, signs any false record, return, regulation,\norder, or other official document, knowing the same to be false, or\nmakes any other false official statement knowing the same to be false,\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
