§ 130.11. Confinement and imprisonment in civil jails. Confinement\nand imprisonment other than in guard house, whether prior to, during or\nafter trial by a military court, shall be executed in jails,\npenitentiaries or prisons designated by the governor or by the adjutant\ngeneral for that purpose.\n
