§ 130.111. Provoking speeches or gestures. Any person subject to this\ncode who, while on active state duty or in a duty status other than\nactive state duty, uses provoking or reproachful words or gestures\ntowards any other person subject to this code shall be punished as a\ncourt-martial may direct.\n
