§ 130.72-c. Leave required to be taken pending review of certain\ncourt-martial convictions. Under regulations prescribed by the adjutant\ngeneral, an accused who has been sentenced by a court-martial will be\ncarried in a leave status and will not participate in any training\npending completion of action under this chapter if the sentence, as\napproved under section 130.60 of this article, includes an unsuspended\ndismissal or an unsuspended dishonorable or bad-conduct discharge. The\naccused may be required to begin such leave on the date on which the\nsentence is approved under section 130.60 of this article or at any time\nafter such date, and such leave may be continued until the date on which\naction under this chapter is completed or may be terminated at any\nearlier time.\n
