§ 130.87. Insubordinate conduct toward noncommissioned officer or\nwarrant officer. Any warrant officer or enlisted person who--\n (1) strikes or assaults a warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or\npetty officer, while such officer is in the execution of his office; or\n (2) willfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer,\nnoncommissioned officer, or petty officer; or\n (3) treats with contempt or is disrespectful in language or deportment\ntoward a warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or petty officer\nwhile such officer is in the execution of his office;\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
