§ 251. Depriving members of organized militia of employment. A person\nwho, either by himself or with another, wilfully deprives a member of\nthe organized militia of his employment, or prevents his being employed\nby himself or another, or obstructs or annoys said member of said\norganized militia, or his employer, in respect of his trade, business,\nor employment, because, said member of said organized militia is such\nmember, or dissuades any person from enlistment in the said organized\nmilitia by threat of injury to him in case he shall so enlist, in\nrespect of his employment, trade, or business, is guilty of a\nmisdemeanor.\n
