§ 307. Continuance of stay, et cetera. Any stay of any action,\nproceeding, attachment, or execution ordered by any court or\nadjudicatory or licensing agency under the provisions of this act may,\nexcept as otherwise provided, be ordered for the period of military\nservice and three months thereafter or any part of such period, and\nsubject to such terms as may be just, whether as to payment in\ninstallments of such amounts and at such times as the court or\nadjudicatory or licensing agency may fix or otherwise determine. Where\nthe person in military service is a codefendant with others the\nplaintiff may nevertheless, by leave of court, proceed against the\nothers.\n
