§ 42. Water closet and bath accommodations. Every water closet or\nbathroom installed in such dwellings on or after July first, nineteen\nhundred fifty-two, and in dwellings converted on or after such date,\nshall be in conformity with the provisions of section one hundred\nseventy-one.\n
