§ 13.04 Assemblyman Herman D. Farrell, Jr. state park. Notwithstanding\nany other law to the contrary, the state park known as Riverbank state\npark located on the upper west side of Manhattan on the banks of the\nHudson river shall after the effective date of this section be known as\nAssemblyman Herman D. Farrell, Jr. state park and shall be suitably\nmarked in a manner to be prescribed by the commissioner.\n
