§ 15.09 Restriction on alienation. Lands acquired by a municipality\nwith the aid of funds made available pursuant to this article shall be\nretained by the municipality and shall not be disposed of or, except as\nprovided in Section 15.11, used for other than public park and related\npurposes without the express authority of an act of the legislature.\n
