§ 29.09 Terms occurring in laws, contracts and other documents. 1.\nWhenever the conservation commissioner or the conservation department is\nreferred to or designated in any law, contract or document pertaining to\nthe functions, powers, obligations and duties previously transferred and\nassigned to the office of parks and recreation, and whenever the\ncommissioner of parks and recreation or the office of parks and\nrecreation is referred to or designated in any law, contract or document\nheretofore or hereafter executed, enacted or adopted, such reference or\ndesignation shall be deemed to refer to the commissioner of parks,\nrecreation and historic preservation or the office of parks, recreation\nand historic preservation, respectively.\n 2. Whenever any board, trust, council or commission is referred to or\ndesignated in any law, contract or document pertaining to the functions,\npowers and duties transferred to the office by this act, such reference\nor designation shall be deemed to refer to the commissioner.\n
