Notes of the authority

* § 1020-j. Notes of the authority. The authority shall have the power\nand is hereby authorized from time to time to issue its negotiable notes\nin conformity with applicable provisions of the uniform commercial code\nfor any corporate purpose and to refund from time to time any notes by\nthe issuance of new notes, whether the notes to be refunded have or have\nnot matured. The authority may issue notes partly to refund notes or to\ndischarge other obligations then outstanding and partly for any other\ncorporate purpose of the authority. The notes may be authorized, sold,\nexecuted and delivered in the same manner as bonds. Any resolution or\nresolutions authorizing notes of the authority or any issue thereof may\ncontain any provisions which the authority is authorized to include in\nany resolution or resolutions authorizing bonds of the authority or any\nissue thereof, and the authority may include in any notes any terms,\ncovenants or conditions which it is authorized to include in any bonds.\n * NB There are 2 § 1020-j's\n
