§ 1120-x. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or of any charter, local law, ordinance\nor resolution of the town, or other municipality, the provisions of this\ntitle shall be controlling. Nothing contained in this section shall be\nheld to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the\nauthority otherwise set forth in this title.\n
