§ 1149-r. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the comptroller. The\nauthority shall annually submit to the governor and comptroller and to\nthe state legislature a detailed report pursuant to the provisions of\nthis chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the board of\nsupervisors.\n
