§ 1196-p. Construction and purchase contracts. An authority shall let\ncontracts for construction or purchase of supplies, materials, or\nequipment pursuant to section one hundred three of the general municipal\nlaw. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the power of an\nauthority to do any construction directly by the officers, agents and\nemployees of the authority.\n
