§ 1225-d. Purpose of the fund. The purpose of the fund shall be to\nprovide through agreements with the transportation authority transit\nfacilities, to be used by the transit authority or any subsidiary,\nincluding the planning, design, construction, acquisition, extension,\nreconstruction, rehabilitation, modernization, and other improvement of\nsuch facilities. Such purpose shall be in all respects a public and\ngovernmental purpose.\n
