§ 1285-e. Inactive hazardous waste disposal site remedial programs. In\naddition to its existing powers, the corporation is hereby empowered to\ncarry out inactive hazardous waste disposal site remedial programs. The\ncorporation may subcontract for the work included in carrying out such\nprograms.\n
