* § 1599-ggg. Construction contracts. The authority shall let\ncontracts for construction in the same manner, so far as practicable, as\nis provided by law, for contracts of the village, except that where the\nestimated expense of a contract does not exceed twenty-five hundred\ndollars, such contract may be entered into without public letting.\nNothing in this section shall be construed to limit the power of the\nauthority to do any construction directly by the officers, agents and\nemployees of the authority.\n * NB Authority ceased to exist 06/01/1976\n * NB There are 2 § 1599-ggg's\n
