* § 1698. Submission of purchase order or work contract to successful\nbidder. After the successful bidder has been determined, the chairman\nshall place an advertisement as provided by law indicating that all bids\nsubmitted on a small business set-aside have been opened and reporting\nthe name and address of the successful bidder.
