* § 1699-a. Legislative report. The chairman shall annually before\nDecember first, report in writing to the legislature concerning the\nawarding of contracts, for specified commodities, equipment or services\nor for the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or improvement\nof college facilities at the Hostos Community College to small\nbusinesses and minority businesses.
