* § 1699-a. Legislative report. The chairman shall annually before\nDecember first, report in writing to the legislature concerning the\nawarding of contracts, for specified commodities, equipment or services\nor for the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or improvement\nof college facilities at the Bronx community college and York college to\nsmall businesses and minority businesses.
