§ 1873. Examination and reporting of energy efficiency grant\nrecipients; required. The authority shall submit to the governor, the\nspeaker of the assembly, the temporary president of the senate, the\nchair of the state energy planning board, the chair of the assembly\nenergy committee, the ranking minority member of the assembly energy\ncommittee, the chair of the senate energy and telecommunications\ncommittee, the ranking minority member of the senate energy and\ntelecommunications committee, the chair of the assembly corporations,\nauthorities and commissions committee, the ranking minority member of\nthe assembly corporations, authorities and commissions committee, the\nchair of the senate corporations, authorities and commissions committee,\nthe ranking minority member of the senate corporations, authorities and\ncommissions committee and the chair of the renewable energy subcommittee\nin the assembly a copy of the annual report the authority is required to\nproduce to comply with the public service commission order establishing\nthe energy efficiency portfolio standard and approving programs.\n
