§ 1878. State coordination, oversight and technology transfer. The New\nYork state energy research and development authority shall exercise\noversight over such program; in consultation with Rensselaer Polytechnic\nInstitute, coordinate the direction of the program with other research\nunder the auspices of the authority and insure, where appropriate, the\nexpeditious transfer of technology resulting from such program to New\nYork state industries.\n
