§ 2047-r. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nagency shall be subject to the supervision of the state comptroller. The\nagency shall annually submit to the governor and state comptroller and\nto the state legislature a detailed report pursuant to the provisions of\nsection two thousand five hundred of title one of article nine of this\nchapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the county\nexecutive. The agency shall comply with the provisions of sections two\nthousand five hundred one, two thousand five hundred two, and two\nthousand five hundred three of title one of article nine of this\nchapter.\n
