§ 2049-x. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or any local law, ordinance or resolution\nof the town or any other municipality, the provisions of this title\nshall be controlling. Nothing contained in this section shall be held to\nsupplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the authority\notherwise set forth in this title. Nothing contained in this title shall\nbe held to alter or abridge the powers and duties of the department of\nenvironmental conservation.\n
