§ 2050-rr. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the state constitution, the accounts\nof the authority shall be subject to the supervision of the state\ncomptroller. The authority shall annually submit to the governor and\nstate comptroller and to the state legislature a detailed report\npursuant to the provisions of section two thousand eight hundred of\ntitle one of article nine of this chapter, and a copy of such report\nshall be filed with each legislative body. The authority shall comply\nwith the provisions of sections two thousand eight hundred one, two\nthousand eight hundred two and two thousand eight hundred three of title\none of article nine of this chapter.\n
