* § 2052. Definitions. As used to refer to in this title, unless a\ndifferent meaning clearly appears in the context:\n (a) The term "authority" shall mean a corporation created by section\nfour of this title;\n (b) The term "county" shall mean the county of Broome;\n (c) The term "bonds" shall mean the bonds authorized in this title;\n (d) The term "board" shall mean the members of the authority;\n (e) The term "real property" shall mean lands, structures, franchises\nand interest in lands, and any and all things usually included within\nthe said term, and includes not only fees, simple or absolute, but also\nany and all lesser interests, such as easements, rights of way, uses,\nleases, licenses, and all other incorporeal hereditaments in every\nestate, interest or right, legal or equitable, including terms of years,\nand liens thereon by way of judgments, mortgages or otherwise, and also\nclaims for damage to real estate;\n (f) The term "project" shall mean the sports center and shall include\nall real and personal property, driveways, roads, approaches,\nstructures, parking lots, mechanical equipment and all appurtenances and\nfacilities either on, above, or under the ground which are used or\nuseable in connection with such Sports Center.\n * NB Authority dissolved September 1, 1977\n
