§ 2052-n. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the comptroller. The\nauthority shall annually submit to the governor and comptroller and to\nthe state legislature a detailed report pursuant to the provisions of\nsection two thousand eight hundred of title one of article nine of this\nchapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the county\nexecutive and with the county board of legislators. The authority shall\ncomply with the provisions of sections two thousand eight hundred one,\ntwo thousand eight hundred two and two thousand eight hundred three of\ntitle one of article nine of this chapter.\n
