* § 2057. Contracts. The authority shall let contracts for\nconstruction and materials in the manner provided by law for contracts\nof the county, except that where the estimated expense of a contract\ndoes not exceed two thousand five hundred dollars such contract may be\nentered into without public letting provided, however, that where the\nboard determines that it would be detrimental to the authority to comply\nwith this section, it may enter into a contract without complying\nherewith.\n * NB Authority dissolved September 1, 1977\n
