§ 2312. Construction and purchase contracts. The provisions of section\neight hundred eighty-four of the general municipal law relating to\npublic bidding with respect to the construction of public facilities or\nprojects shall be applicable to the acquisition, construction,\nreconstruction, or improvement of projects authorized by this title.\n
