§ 2420-a. Validity. Bonds, insurance commitments or contracts and\ndevelopment corporation credit support may contain a recital that they\nare issued or executed, respectively, pursuant to this section, which\nrecital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity, respectively,\nand the regularity of the proceedings related thereto.\n
