§ 2675-q. Annual reports. The accounts of the authority shall be\nsubject to the supervision of the state comptroller and an annual audit\nshall be performed by an independent certified public accountant. The\nauthority shall annually submit to the mayor, county executive,\ngovernor, state comptroller, chairperson of the senate finance committee\nand the chairperson of the assembly ways and means committee a copy of\nsaid report which shall also be filed with the clerk of the common\ncouncil.\n
