§ 2676-j. State and county not liable on authority bonds. Neither the\nstate, the county, nor the city shall be liable on the bonds of the\nauthority and such bonds shall not be a debt of the state, the county or\nthe city, and such bonds shall contain on the face thereof a statement\nto such effect.\n
