§ 2799-lll. State, county, and city not liable on authority bonds.\nNeither the state, the county, nor the city shall be liable on the bonds\nof the authority and such bonds shall not be a debt of the state, the\ncounty, or the city, and such bonds shall contain on the face thereof a\nstatement to such effect.\n
