N.Y. Pub. Auth. Law § 3052

§ 3052. Definitions. As used in this title, the following words and\nterms shall have the following meanings unless the context shall\nindicate another or different meaning or intent:\n 1. "Corporation" means the corporate governmental agency created by\nsection three thousand fifty-three of this title.\n 2. "City" means the city of Troy.\n 3. "Chief executive officer" means the chief executive officer of the\ncity as defined in subdivision five-a of section 2.00 of the local\nfinance law.\n 4. "City comptroller" means the comptroller of the city of Troy.\n 5. "Short-term obligations" means tax anticipation notes, revenue\nanticipation notes, bond anticipation notes, budget notes and urban\nrenewal notes.\n 6. "Bond or note facility" means any insurance policy, letter of\ncredit or other credit enhancement with respect to bonds or notes of the\ncorporation issued pursuant to this title.\n
