§ 3500. Reservation of state right to adjust medicaid rates. Each\ncorporation created under this article shall include as a provision in\nany agreement of the corporation with the holder of its bonds that the\nstate reserves the right to adjust its medicaid rates in accordance with\napplicable law and implementing regulations, if any.\n
