§ 3572. Applicability of law. The provisions of this title shall be\nsubject to the provisions of the civil practice law and rules, the\npublic health law, the mental hygiene law, the social services law, the\neducation law and any other applicable law or regulation, including any\namendment thereto provided, however, nothing in this section shall\nrequire the state or corporation to seek approval or consent for any\ntransfer pursuant to sections thirty-five hundred fifty-seven and\nthirty-five hundred fifty-nine of this title.\n
