§ 731. Terms occurring in law, or in contracts or documents. Whenever\nthe Ogdensburg bridge authority or the Ogdensburg port authority is\nreferred to or designated in any law, or in any contract or document,\nsuch reference or designation shall be deemed to refer to and include\nthe Ogdensburg bridge and port authority, to the extent that such law,\ncontract or document pertains to matters which are within its\njurisdiction by reason of the continuation, transfer, assignment and\ndevolution of jurisdiction, functions, powers and duties made to it by\nthis title.\n
