§ 916. Contracts. All contracts for the construction, reconstruction,\nrehabilitation and improvement of projects authorized pursuant to this\ntitle shall be subject to article eight of the labor law and shall also\nbe subject to the provisions of law applicable to county contracts,\nexcept as otherwise provided herein.\n
