N.Y. Public Housing Law § 122

§ 122. Acquisition by a government. Real property acquired for an\nauthority by a government subsequent to the approval of a project may be\nconveyed by such government to the authority with or without\nconsideration and upon such terms as may be agreed upon by such\ngovernment and the authority.\n
