N.Y. Public Housing Law § 306

§ 306. Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms\nshall have the following meanings:\n (1) "Controlled substance" shall have the same meaning given such term\nin section thirty-three hundred six of the public health law.\n (2) "Drug-related crime" shall mean the illegal manufacture, sale,\ndistribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell,\ndistribute, or use, a controlled substance.\n
