N.Y. Public Housing Law § 46

§ 46. Suit on authority bonds. In any suit, action or proceeding upon\nany bond of an authority or the security therefor, any such bond\nreciting in substance that it has been issued by the authority to aid in\nfinancing a project to provide dwelling accommodations for persons of\nlow income pursuant to the procedure required in this chapter shall be\nconclusively deemed to have been issued for a project of such character\nand pursuant to such procedure.\n
