§ 1165. Noncompliance; notification. In the event the work completed\npursuant to a financing agreement or loan agreement is deemed not in\ncompliance with such agreement, the corporation shall expeditiously\nnotify the recipient of such non-compliance and indicate the reasons for\nsuch determination.\n
