§ 2711. New York state kidney disease institute; organization. 1. The\nNew York state kidney disease institute is hereby created within the\ndepartment of health.\n 2. The commissioner shall appoint a director of the institute and may\nemploy such assistants and personnel, within the amounts appropriated,\nas is necessary to carry out the provisions of this article.\n
