§ 2751. New York state burns care institute; organization. 1. The New\nYork state burns care institute is hereby created within the department\nof health.\n 2. The commissioner shall appoint a director of the institute and may\nemploy such assistants and personnel as are necessary to carry out the\nprovisions of this article.\n
