§ 2999-x. Reimbursement. 1. The commissioner shall develop and\nimplement, consistent with applicable federal requirements,\nreimbursement rates and methodologies for Medicaid services provided by\na PACE organization to its enrollees.\n 2. The commissioner shall provide, or shall require any independent\nactuary used to review PACE reimbursement rates to provide, to PACE\norganizations the documents and information consistent with the\nrequirements under paragraph (c) of subdivision eighteen of section\nthree hundred sixty-four-j of the social services law.\n
