§ 3020. Recruitment and retention. 1. The commissioner shall establish\nand fund within amounts appropriated, a public service campaign to\nrecruit additional personnel into the emergency medical system fields.\n 2. The commissioner shall establish and fund within amounts\nappropriated an emergency medical system mental health and wellness\nprogram that provides resources to emergency medical service\npractitioners to retain personnel in the emergency medical system\nfields.\n
