* § 3304. Prohibited acts. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to\nmanufacture, sell, prescribe, distribute, dispense, administer, possess,\nhave under his control, abandon, or transport a controlled substance\nexcept as expressly allowed by this article.\n 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or have under his\ncontrol an official New York state prescription form except as expressly\nallowed by this article.\n * NB Separately amended -- cannot be put together\n * § 3304. It shall be unlawful for any physician practicing medicine as\ndefined in section sixty-five hundred twenty-one of the education law to\nprescribe, dispense or administer any amphetamines or sympathomimetic\namine drug or compound thereof, designated as a schedule II controlled\nsubstance pursuant to section thirty-three hundred six of this article\nfor the exclusive treatment of obesity, weight control or weight loss. A\nviolation of the provisions of this subdivision shall not be grounds for\nprosecution under article two hundred twenty of the penal law.\n * NB Separately amended -- cannot be put together\n
